Job Description: I primarily represent the University of Colorado Eye Center and the CU Department of Ophthalmology to generate significant private philanthropy in support of the center’s mission and vision.
Why CU? I was recruited to the CU School of Medicine advancement Office from National Jewish Health. I was attracted by the opportunity to work for and represent the pinnacle of academic medicine in the Rocky Mountain West.
I’m inspired to work closely with the University of Colorado Eye Center’s exceptional faculty whose work in turn inspires our patients, donors and stakeholders toward philanthropic commitments. The relationships formed among these dedicated people are extraordinary.
I have enjoyed a career in advancement since 1986, representing five distinguished institutions and helping community-minded people, foundations and organizations give over $200 million toward their passions. The University of Colorado School of Medicine is the greatest of these missions, with incredible impact on the lives of people regionally and nationwide.
