- The Look AHEAD Trial: The effects of intensive lifestyle intervention on weight loss, morbidity and mortality in type 2 diabetics: As one of 21 sites in the U.S., the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center researchers found that lifestyle treatments dramatically help patients improve medical outcomes and qualtiy of life while losing weight.
